Domaine La Barroche tells a story of terroir, passion and family heritage. Driven by a love of the land, wine and honesty, Julien Barrot and his sister Laetitia have been perpetuating the family tradition since the early 2000s. They belong to a "committed" generation , where curiosity and open-mindedness blend harmoniously with respect for the land and the know-how passed down by their elders.

The Liberty cuvée, born in the southern part of the Rhône, very close to C hacheauneuf-du-Pape, embodies this passion and dedication. It is an authentic and unique signature wine that we highly recommend you discover.

🍇 Grape variety: Grenache

👁️ Dress : intense garnet with purple reflections, deep and bright, promising great concentration.

👃🏻 Nose : aromas of ripe red fruits (raspberry, cherry) and black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant). Subtle notes of garrigue , sweet spices and liquorice complete this seductive bouquet.

👄 Mouth : powerful and velvety , with round and silky tannins. The flavors of ripe fruit intertwine with touches of pepper , aromatic herbs and a beautiful minerality . The finish is long and persistent, marked by a remarkable freshness and depth.

🍽️ Agreements : Duck with orange , grilled red meats , game (venison, wild boar) or dishes in sauce such as preserved lamb . It also goes very well with mature cheeses .
