Discover our pricing and how we work for our wine shipments around the world. We work with NackPack cartons to guarantee delivery without risk of breakage as well as with GLS and DHL carriers, market leaders.
1 ) Carriers
– GLS for orders delivered to France / Euro Zone
– DHL for other countries
2) Delivery time
Once your payment has been validated, we need 24 to 48 working hours to prepare your order before handing it over to the carrier in charge of your delivery.
Depending on your destination, the carrier will then deliver to you within:
– France and most neighboring countries: 1 to 2 additional working days, for a total of approximately 3 to 5 working days after payment.
– For other countries: 3 to 6 additional working days, or a total of 5 to 9 working days after payment (except Taiwan and South Korea within 5 to 10 working days after payment, USA and Australia within 5 to 20 working days after payment).
These deadlines may be delayed except in cases of force majeure or exceptional traffic conditions.

3) Shipping costs
Fees include:
– Nakpack secure packaging
– the transport costs themselves.
These fees are calculated as accurately as possible. They vary depending on the number of bottles ordered and the delivery location chosen. Their exact amount appears and is automatically adjusted in your basket when you choose your delivery location.
3.1 - Metropolitan France
Delivery to GLS relay point: €5
=> Free delivery for all orders > 150€
GLS home delivery: €9
=> Free delivery for all orders > €300
3.2 - Europe 1 & 2:
Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain.
Delivery to home GLS : €15 incl. VAT
=> Free shipping for any order over €700€
3.3 - Europe 3 & 4:
Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden.
Delivery to home GLS : €19.99 incl. VAT
=> Free shipping for any order over €800€
3.4 - Europe 5:
Greece, Malta, Cyprus.

4) CUSTOMS DUTIES
Any customs fees and taxes applicable on wine for any delivery outside the European Union are not included and remain your responsibility . They are generally payable directly to the carrier upon arrival of your order at your place of delivery.
Please refer to the customs regulations of your country of delivery.
