Transportation & Delivery
Discover our pricing as well as our method of operation for our wine shipments around the world. We work with NackPack boxes to guarantee delivery without risk of breakage as well as with the market-leading carriers GLS and DHL.
1 ) Carriers
– GLS for orders delivered in France / Euro Zone
– DHL for other countries
2) Delivery time
As soon as your payment is validated, we need 24 to 48 working hours to prepare your order before handing it over to the carrier in charge of your delivery.
Depending on your destination, the carrier will then deliver to you within:
– France and most neighboring countries: 1 to 2 additional working days, or a total of approximately 3 to 5 working days after payment.
– For other countries: 3 to 6 additional working days, i.e. a total of 5 to 9 working days after payment (except Taiwan and South Korea within 5 to 10 working days after payment, USA and Australia within 5 to 20 working days after payment).
These deadlines may be delayed except in cases of force majeure or exceptional traffic conditions.

3) Shipping costs
Fees include:
– secure Nakpack packaging
– the transport costs themselves.
These costs are calculated as accurately as possible. They vary depending on the number of bottles ordered and the delivery location chosen. Their exact amount appears and is automatically adjusted in your basket when choosing your delivery location.

Delivery to a GLS relay point: €5.99
=> Free delivery for all orders > 100€
GLS home delivery: €9.99
=> Free delivery for all orders > 250€
Europe 1:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden.
GLS home delivery: €15 incl. VAT
Europe 2:
Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.

4) CUSTOMS DUTIES
Any customs fees and taxes applicable to wine for any delivery outside the European Union are not included and remain your responsibility . They are generally payable directly to the carrier upon arrival of your order at your delivery location.
Please refer to the customs regulations of your country of delivery.
