La Ferme du Mont - Vacqueyras Le Vif 2022

Founded in 2007 by Stéphane Vedeau , known for Ferme du Mont and Clos Bellane, in collaboration with his mother, Jeanne Boutin.

Stéphane, with extensive experience in the vineyards of the South of the Rhône Valley , took the bold gamble of vinifying appellations from the northern Rhône.

🍇 Grape variety: Syrah

👁️ Dress : Purplish black

👃🏻 Nose : Garnished with black fruits, spices and menthol

👄 Mouth : Powerful on black fruits, but fine and elegant finish with beautiful peppery notes

🍽️ Pairings : Meats in sauce, mature cheeses
