Description

Founded in 2007 by Stéphane Vedeau , known for Ferme du Mont and Clos Bellane, in collaboration with his mother, Jeanne Boutin.

Stéphane, with extensive experience in the vineyards of the South of the Rhône Valley , took the bold gamble of vinifying appellations from the northern Rhône.

🍇 Grape variety: Syrah

👁️ Dress : Purplish

👃🏻 Nose : Floral and pepper notes, some touches of light black fruits

👄 Mouth : Ample and structured, the tannins are silky and juicy, with beautiful aromas of pepper and liquorice at the end

🍽️ Pairings : Red meats in sauce. Decant 3-4 hours before tasting
