Anne and Hervé Siguaut guide their estate towards modernity while respecting Burgundian traditions. Their practices include working the vines without weedkillers or pesticides , minimal intervention in the cellar, and controlled aging in oak barrels. Their precise approach to the vineyard is demonstrated by green harvests in summer to eliminate burnt bunches, lace-making work on each vine, and harvests carried out early in the morning . Working mainly on the Chambolle-Musigny appellation, their wines reflect a desire for elegance and femininity, offering a splendid experience.

🍇 Grape variety: Pinot Noir

👁️ Dress : deep ruby ​​with garnet reflections, brilliant and clear, foreshadowing beautiful concentration and elegance.

👃🏻 Nose : intense and refined, marked by aromas of red and black fruits (cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry), accompanied by subtle notes of violet , undergrowth , and a spicy touch with nuances of pepper and liquorice .
