Their precise approach to the vineyard is manifested by green harvests in summer to eliminate toasted bunches, lacework on each vine, and harvests carried out early in the morning . All this aims to guarantee ripe, balanced and healthy grapes. Working mainly in the Chambolle-Musigny appellation, their wines reflect a desire for elegance and femininity, offering a splendid experience.
