Anne and Hervé Siguaut guide their estate towards modernity while respecting Burgundian traditions. Their practices include working the vines without weedkillers or pesticides , minimal intervention in the cellar, and controlled aging in oak barrels. For them, the human hand remains the best guarantee of meticulous work, thus avoiding any unnecessary equipment in the cellar.
Their precise approach to the vineyard is manifested by green harvests in summer to eliminate toasted bunches, lacework on each vine, and harvests carried out early in the morning . All this aims to guarantee ripe, balanced and healthy grapes. Working mainly in the Chambolle-Musigny appellation, their wines reflect a desire for elegance and femininity, offering a splendid experience.
