Opting for long vatting and gentle extraction, it practices gravity vinification , without resorting to racking, thus preserving the authenticity of the wines. Racking and blending are carried out meticulously before bottling, reducing intervention and filtration to a minimum. This artisanal approach guarantees wines of great purity and complexity , fully expressing the unique character of the terroir.
