Domaine La Barroche tells a story of terroir, passion and family heritage. Driven by a love of the land, wine and honesty, Julien Barrot and his sister Laetitia have been perpetuating the family tradition since the early 2000s. They belong to a "committed" generation , where curiosity and open-mindedness blend harmoniously with respect for the land and the know-how passed down by their elders.

The Liberty cuvée, born in the southern part of the Rhône, very close to C hacheauneuf-du-Pape, embodies this passion and dedication. It is an authentic and unique signature wine that we highly recommend you discover.

🍇 Grape variety : Clairette

👁️ Dress : pale gold with bright, shiny reflections, evoking freshness and purity.

👃🏻 Nose : aromas of white-fleshed fruits (peach, pear), mixed with notes of white flowers and exotic fruits . Subtle touches of honey , fresh almond and a delicate minerality add depth.

👄 Mouth : ample and elegant , with a silky texture and a beautiful freshness. The flavors of white fruits are accompanied by notes of candied lemons and dried fruits , balanced by a refreshing acidity and a saline minerality on the finish.

🍽️ Agreements : grilled fish , white meats in sauce, or seafood . It will also go very well with mature cheeses or truffle-based dishes.
