Domaine de Bellene - Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Suchots 2016

Created in 2005 by Nicolas Potel, Domaine de Bellene is based on plots of vines 50 to 110 years old , located in various communes of the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. Working according to strict organic principles , without oenological additives, the estate seeks to reveal the terroir of each climate, thus producing wines of remarkable purity and finesse .

In 2008, Maison Roche de Bellene was born, extending the influence of the estate with a network of winegrowers and an in-depth knowledge of the terroir. Thanks to this expertise, Maison Roche de Bellene offers a selection of prestigious wines.

🍇 Grape variety: Pinot Noir

👁️ Color : Deep garnet red , with purple highlights, promising great richness.

👃🏻 Nose : Powerful and seductive nose, offering aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), spicy notes (clove, pepper), with touches of damp earth and tobacco .

👄 Palate : On the palate, this 1er Cru is structured and elegant , with fine tannins and balanced acidity . The flavors of black fruits are supported by notes of liquorice , dark chocolate and a refined minerality , offering a long and persistent finish .

🍽️ Food and wine pairings : Perfect with beef fillet , roast pigeon or mature cheeses such as Comté or Brie de Meaux.
