Domaine Crépaux, since 1877 , has embodied excellence in Champagne . Under the direction of Sébastien, representing the ^5th generation , respect for family traditions is at the heart of each process. With particular attention paid to working the vines, vines over 40 years old ensure controlled yields and remarkable quality .

Fermentation at low temperature for 2 months and aging on fine lees for 4 years adds complexity and roundness to the wines. Practicing plot and grape variety vinification, the estate makes the most of each terroir and grape variety, thus offering champagnes of exceptional quality .
