Christophe Violot-Guillemard - Saint Romain Clos des Ducs 2023

The estate is managed by Christophe Violot-Guillemard and his son Théo , who represent the ^5th generation of the family to operate the estate. In organic conversion since 2020, they favor long carbonic macerations for the reds in order to preserve the freshness of the fruit.

For the whites, they opt for full vinification in barrels. Two watchwords to describe their wines: finesse and elegance, reflecting a family tradition and constant innovation.
