In the heart of the enchanting landscape of Pic-Saint-Loup, Château La Roque embodies an ancestral wine-growing tradition, dating back to 1259. Since the arrival of Sylviane and Bertrand Barascud in 2015, a new era of passion and commitment has begun.

Opting firmly for biodynamics, the estate has been certified in organic farming and Demeter since 2011. This approach, which respects ecosystems, helps preserve the richness of the soil and create exceptional wines that embody the soul of the terroir.

🍇 Grape variety: Syrah 65%, Mourvèdre 35%

👁️ Dress : deep purple with violet reflections, dense and intense, evoking a beautiful concentration and richness.

👃🏻  Nose : aromas of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) accompanied by notes of spices (pepper, clove) and garrigue (thyme, bay leaf). Touches of cocoa and liquorice complete this complex bouquet.

👄 Mouth : generous and structured , with powerful but well-integrated tannins. The flavors of black fruits mingle with spices and a marked minerality , offering a long and persistent finish , with a beautiful freshness on the finish.
