The Maison Bruno Paillard vineyard embodies the expertise and precise vision of Champagne. On 25 hectares , or 50% of its supply, there are 89 plots spread over 19 vintages . The grape varieties, influenced by the geographical location, orientation and nature of the soils, are made up of 50% Pinot Noir , 37% Chardonnay and 13% Pinot Meunier , with an average age of the vines of 32 years.

Committed to sustainable viticulture , the vineyard team applies rigorous methods: no weedkiller or pesticide, plowing, partial grassing, regular analyzes and individualized organic amendments. The work of the soil is particularly careful, favoring the mineral expression of the terroir and the development of deep roots.
