Located in Aloxe-Corton, the Poisot estate offers a unique experience for wine lovers with only 2 hectares of vines, including 3 grands crus and a premier cru. Rémi Poisot, faithful to the family heritage after 28 years in the French Navy, produces straight and sincere wines, perfectly reflecting their terroir.

Certified High Environmental Value since 2019, the estate favors meticulous work in the vineyard for healthy and ripe grapes, traditionally vinified without additives . Aging in oak barrels, with a proportion adjusted according to the appellations, produces remarkable wines, year after year.
