For many years, Jean-Yves Sonnery has practiced sustainable farming with passion to produce healthy grapes and guarantee high quality wines. Concerned about the environment and consumer health, it strives to preserve the natural environment.

Vinification is carried out very gently, with very light filtration and a minimum of S02, guaranteeing wines of remarkable elegance, respecting both the terroir and the health of consumers.
