Nicolas Potel and Stéphane Aviron , long-time partners, have been combining their expertise to create wines in Beaujolais since the 2000s . Stéphane, with his family heritage, masters the Beaujolais vintages , while Nicolas excels in winemaking and aging .
Their recent collaboration with Languedoc winegrowers allows them to produce Vin de France vintages, combining accessibility and quality, thanks to favorable climatic conditions and their Burgundian know-how.
🍇 Grape variety: Grenache Syrah
👁️ Dress : ruby red with purple highlights, bright and lively, indicating a beautiful concentration of fruit and freshness.
👃🏻 Nose : aromas of red fruits (strawberry, cherry) and black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant). We also discover subtle notes of spices (black pepper) and aromatic herbs , with a light touch of liquorice .
👄 Mouth : fruity and elegant , with supple and well-integrated tannins. The flavors of ripe red fruits mingle with notes of spices and garrigue , offering a fresh and slightly spicy finish .
