Description
Founded in the 17th century, the Beylesse estate is the oldest in Saint-Péray. Today, Rémy Nodin perpetuates this rich heritage with a deep respect for the land and a meticulous cultivation of three grape varieties. The vines are carefully maintained to guarantee the excellence of each cluster.
In the cellar, vinification is natural and traditional , with aging varying from 12 to 42 months depending on the vintages. Each wine from the estate uniquely expresses the terroir and the vintage, offering bottles of great finesse and remarkable authenticity.
