Trained by her father and enriched by experiences abroad (United States, New Zealand), she has become a renowned winemaker of the Côte de Nuits.
The Raphet style is synonymous with fine , elegant , rich and perfectly balanced wines, perpetuating the tradition established by his grandfather. This beautiful transmission of values ensures complete harmony each time their bottles are opened.
🍇 Grape variety : Pinot Noir
👁️ Color : Intense ruby color with garnet reflections, bright and seductive, promising depth and richness.
👃🏻 Nose : Complex and expressive nose, revealing aromas of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) mixed with notes of undergrowth , truffle and delicate touches of spices and vanilla .
