The Raphet estate is distinguished by its values of humility and respect. Marion, by taking over the reins, honors history and tradition while bringing evolutions to it. Trained by her father and enriched by experiences abroad (United States, New Zealand), she has become a renowned winemaker of the Côte de Nuits.
The Raphet style is synonymous with fine , elegant , rich and perfectly balanced wines, perpetuating the tradition established by his grandfather. This beautiful transmission of values ensures complete harmony each time their bottles are opened.
🍇 Grape variety : Pinot Noir
👁️ Color : Intense ruby color with garnet reflections, bright and seductive, promising depth and richness.
👃🏻 Nose : Complex and expressive nose, revealing aromas of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) mixed with notes of undergrowth , truffle and delicate touches of spices and vanilla .
👄 Palate : On the palate, this Clos de Vougeot is ample and structured , with silky and well-integrated tannins. The flavors of ripe fruit combine with nuances of chocolate and a fine minerality , offering a long and elegant finish.
🍽️ Food and wine pairings : Ideal with red meats , game dishes or roast duck . It also goes very well with mature cheeses such as Comté or Roquefort.
