🍇 Grape variety: Syrah

👁️ Dress : Red deep purple , almost opaque, with purplish reflections, revealing great concentration and power.

👃🏻 Nose : aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), plum and notes of spices (black pepper, clove). We also perceive touches of leather , smoke and scrubland , typical of great Cornas.

👄 Mouth : powerful and structured , with firm and well-coated tannins. The ripe fruit flavors blend with notes of liquorice , cocoa and spices , offering a long and generous finish , with a beautiful freshness and an underlying minerality.

🍽️ Agreements : grilled or sauced red meats , game or simmered dishes such as seven-hour lamb . It also pairs perfectly with mature and strong cheeses .
