In the heart of Burgundy, between the majestic Clos de Vougeot castle and the small town of Nuits-Saint-Georges, lies the village of Vosne-Romanée, surrounded by the most prestigious vintages. The Mongeard family has been cultivating vines there for more than 8 generations, since around 1620, on 30 hectares divided into 35 appellations.
🍇 Grape variety : Pinot Noir
👁️ Color : Deep ruby color with purple reflections, brilliant and seductive, promising beautiful intensity.
👃🏻 Nose : Aromatic and complex nose, revealing aromas of red fruits (raspberry, cherry) complemented by floral notes, sweet spices and a subtle touch of terroir .
👄 Palate : On the palate, this Vosne-Romanée is elegant and silky , with a beautiful tannic structure. The ripe fruit flavors balance perfectly with a refreshing acidity and a long and refined finish, marked by a beautiful minerality .
