Wonderfully located in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, the Domaine de Chamilly extends over 16 hectares spread over the communes of Moroges, Buxy, Givry and Mercurey. They cultivate the typical Burgundian grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Aligoté and Gamay.
In full organic conversion , the estate is committed to respecting the soils and preserving biodiversity in its plots. The wines of Domaine de Chamilly are fine and gourmet, with profiles little marked by aging ( 10 months, few new barrels ).

👁️ Color : Bright ruby red , with purple highlights, signaling freshness and liveliness.
👃🏻 Nose : Fruity and gourmet nose, with aromas of small red fruits (strawberries, raspberries) and light notes of spices and flowers .
👄 Palate : This Givry is slightly spicy and smooth , with supple tannins and lively acidity . The red fruit flavors are balanced by a touch of pepper and licorice , offering a fresh and fruity finish .
🍽️ Food and wine pairings : Perfect with cold cuts , roast chicken or mixed salads . It also goes well with light cheeses such as Chèvre or Brie.
