Wonderfully located in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, the Domaine de Chamilly extends over 16 hectares spread over the communes of Moroges, Buxy, Givry and Mercurey. They cultivate the typical Burgundian grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Aligoté and Gamay.
In full organic conversion , the estate is committed to respecting the soils and preserving biodiversity in its plots. The wines of Domaine de Chamilly are fine and gourmet, with profiles little marked by aging ( 10 months, few new barrels ).

👁️ Color : Light ruby red , with purple highlights, indicating a beautiful freshness.
👃🏻 Nose : Fresh and fruity nose, offering aromas of cherry , raspberry , with touches of flower (violet) and a light note of spices .
👄 Palate : On the palate, this Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise is light and smooth , with supple tannins and lively acidity . The red fruit flavors are balanced by touches of sweet spices , offering a short and refreshing finish .
🍽️ Food and wine pairings : Perfect with white meats , cold cuts or a vegetable tart . It also goes well with fresh cheeses such as goat's cheese or fromage blanc.
