Didier Morion - Saint-Joseph Lleandre 2023

Nestled in the heart of the Saint-Joseph appellation in Chavannay , Domaine Didier Morion is the fruit of the know-how and passion of Didier, who took over the reins in 1993 after obtaining his BTS in viticulture-oenology. His ambition was to develop the estate without making it a large company, in order to remain close to the vines and his customers.

With its 11 hectares of vines, spread between the Condrieu , Saint-Joseph , and IGP appellations, the estate adopts an environmentally friendly approach, currently considering a conversion to organic farming . The vinifications, carried out gently, are followed by aging partly in barrels and partly in stainless steel vats, aiming to preserve the freshness and expression of the terroir.

The result is simply remarkable: fresh and delicious red wines , revealing all the typicity of the grape variety, and exotic whites with exuberant aromas , offering a real invitation to a taste journey. Tasting the wines of Domaine Didier Morion means immersing yourself in the authenticity and richness of the Rhône Valley terroirs.
