Description
It was in 1862 that Eugène Missol, "the grandfather of the grandfather" of the current owners, planted vineyards on the high hillsides to the south of the small village of Allan . It marked the beginning of the family's winemaking spirit.
The density of vines per hectare is 4000. The rows are oriented North/South with a space of 2.50 m between them. All the vines are trained with wooden stakes and pruned in double Royat cordon . The surface area of the vines exploited is more than 20 hectares, and that of the exploitable land on the property is more than 55 hectares .

👃🏻 Nose : aromas of candied fruits (fig, plum), caramel , nuts and cocoa , with subtle touches of vanilla and sweet spices , giving this liqueur wine a seductive complexity.
👄 Mouth : ample and creamy , with a rich and velvety texture. The flavors of dried fruits , prunes , and honey blend perfectly with notes of toasted wood and cocoa , offering a long and gourmet finish , slightly spicy.
