Description
Founded in 2001 by Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey, the estate covers 13 hectares in the communes of Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay, Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault.
With a meticulous approach, the estate aims for the perfect balance between freshness and maturity in its grapes . The white wines undergo long and gentle pressings, then age in 350-liter barrels for 15 to 20 months, without stirring, in order to produce wines of undeniable greatness.
