Stephane Aviron - Fleurie 2022

Nicolas Potel and Stéphane Aviron , long-time partners, have been combining their expertise to create wines in Beaujolais since the 2000s . Stéphane, with his family heritage, masters the Beaujolais vintages , while Nicolas excels in winemaking and aging .

Their recent collaboration with Languedoc winegrowers allows them to produce Vin de France vintages, combining accessibility and quality, thanks to favorable climatic conditions and their Burgundian know-how.

👁️ Color : Bright ruby ​​red , with purple highlights, typical of young Beaujolais wines.

👃🏻 Nose : Fragrant and floral nose, offering aromas of violet , red fruits (raspberry, strawberry) and light touches of peony and liquorice .

👄 Palate : On the palate, this Fleurie is soft and silky , with supple tannins and refreshing acidity . The crisp red fruit flavors are balanced by a subtle minerality , offering a delicate and floral finish .
