Since 2008 , Danièle Bonnardot has managed the estate with an emphasis on the quality of the wines and respect for the environment , values ​​that she considers fundamental.

Opting for long vatting and gentle extraction, it practices vinification by gravity , without resorting to under-drawing, thus preserving the authenticity of the wines. Racking and assembly are carried out carefully before bottling, reducing intervention and filtration to a minimum. This artisanal approach guarantees wines of great purity and complexity , fully expressing the unique character of the terroir.

👃🏻 Nose : Intense fruit on blackcurrant and ripe strawberries.

👄 Mouth : Complex with powerful tannins but which remains balanced. We find all the power of the vintage in beautiful black fruits.
