Description

In the heart of the Condrieu appellation and in the northernmost part of Saint-Joseph, the Domaine du Monteillet has overlooked the Northern Rhône valley for 9 generations. Stéphane Montez, passionate about vines and wines, works in harmony with his land and his team. After numerous international experiences, he returned to bring a unique touch to the family estate, aware of the importance of the Rhône valley terroir.

In the cellar, the estate works mainly by gravity and ages in demi-muids (600 liter barrels) which can last up to more than 40 months for certain vintages. The wines of Domaine du Monteillet are of exceptional quality.
