The vinification is carried out very gently, with very light filtration and a minimum of S02, guaranteeing wines of remarkable elegance, respecting both the terroir and the health of consumers.

🍇 Grape variety: Chardonnay

👁️ Color : Bright pale yellow , with golden highlights, a sign of freshness and youth.

👃🏻 Nose : Fresh and floral nose, with aromas of white flowers (acacia, hawthorn), accompanied by notes of citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit) and green apple .

👄 Palate : This Beaujolais Blanc is lively and light , with a nice acidity that perfectly balances the citrus and white-fleshed fruit flavors, providing a refreshing finish .
