Jérôme seeks the perfect balance between the richness of sugar and natural acidity , creating elegant champagnes with a unique character, which fully reflect the art of winemaking and the family wine heritage.
🍇 Grape variety: Pinot Noir
👁️ Dress : Beautiful shine, dense pink, fine bubbles
👃🏻 Nose : Aromas of red fruits (redcurrant, crushed strawberry), then more cooked aromas (apricot in particular)
👄 Mouth : The caressing bubble brings a certain freshness then quickly gives way to the creaminess and structure of the Champagne. Beautiful vinosity.
