🍇 Grape variety: Chardonnay

👁️ Dress : YELLOW pale gold with silvery reflections, of great purity and elegance, announcing a beautiful complexity.

👃🏻 Nose : Bunch intense and refined, blending aromas of white-fleshed fruits (pear, apple) with more complex notes of dried fruits (almond, hazelnut), minerality and a touch of white flowers . A hint of acacia honey and finely toasted wood adds even more depth.

👄 Mouth : Powerful and ample, with a nice acidity that gives it freshness and precision. The flavors of ripe fruit intertwine with touches of minerals and delicate oak , offering a long and persistent finish , marked by a subtle salinity.

🍽️ Agreements : Dishes of noble fish such as turbot or lobster, as well as roast poultry or truffle dishes . It also goes wonderfully with mature cheeses such as Comté or Brie de Meaux.

🕐 Storage potential : This exceptional wine can be enjoyed now for its aromatic richness, but it will reveal all its greatness after 10 to 20 years of aging, where it will gain in complexity and depth.

A powerful and elegant Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru , with exceptional aging potential, ideal for special occasions or to accompany refined dishes.
