Since its creation in 2017 with the Juliénas crus, Domaine Passot has grown to encompass more than 3 hectares of vines and 5 crus . Originally from Burgundy, Benjamin Passot has acquired valuable experience in the Vosne-Romanée terroirs.

The estate's wines benefit from 10 months of aging in barrels , while the cultivation is done indigenously, thus following the tradition of the great Burgundy wines. The exceptional vintages come from old vines aged at least 80 years, notably Chénas au Bois Retour, Juliénas Vaux, Moulin-à-Vent and Morgon. The objective is to minimize inputs and treatments to restore the balance of the granite soil.
