La tenuta è gestita da Christophe Violot-Guillemard e suo figlio Théo , che rappresentano la quinta generazione della famiglia a gestire la tenuta. In conversione biologica dal 2020, privilegiano lunghe macerazioni carboniche per i rossi al fine di preservare la freschezza del frutto.
Per i bianchi si opta per la vinificazione totale in botte. Due parole d'ordine per descrivere i loro vini: finezza ed eleganza, a testimonianza di una tradizione familiare e di una costante innovazione.

👃🏻 Naso : Naso preciso di frutta bianca ed esotica.
👄 Bocca : Palato fresco e fruttato, struttura elegante e sottile.
