Roche de Bellene House - Macon Village 2021

Created in 2005 by Nicolas Potel, Domaine de Bellene is based on plots of vines 50 to 110 years old , located in various communes of the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. Working according to strict organic principles , without oenological additives, the estate seeks to reveal the terroir of each climate, thus producing wines of remarkable purity and finesse .

In 2008, Maison Roche de Bellene was born, extending the influence of the estate with a network of winegrowers and an in-depth knowledge of the terroir. Thanks to this expertise, Maison Roche de Bellene offers a selection of prestigious wines.

🍇 Grape variety: Chardonnay

👁️ Dress : light yellow with silver highlights, clear and luminous, symbol of freshness and liveliness.

👃🏻 Nose : aromas of white fruits (apple, pear) and citrus fruits (lemon), complemented by delicate floral touches and a slight minerality which brings finesse and complexity.

👄 Mouth : fresh and light , offering a beautiful liveliness. The flavors of fresh fruits harmonize with a well-controlled acidity, giving a wine that is both balanced and pleasant. The finish is clean , with a subtle persistent minerality.

🍽️ Agreements : seafood , grilled fish or fish in light sauce, as well as mixed salads . It will also go well with mild cheeses and grilled vegetables .
