Jean Michel - Champagne Extra Brut Les Mulottes 2019

Since 1847, the Michel family, based in Moussy, near Épernay, has passed down their passion for vines from generation to generation . On the 12 hectares of their estate, they cultivate the Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties with dedication, thus offering a palette of unique flavors in their vintages.

As a harvester-handler winemaker , Olivier Michel meticulously crafts his wines in his own facilities, using only grapes from his estate. This tradition in every bottle of Michel champagne.
