Since 1847, the Michel family, based in Moussy, near Épernay, has passed down its passion for vines from generation to generation . On the 12 hectares of their estate, they cultivate with dedication the Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties, thus offering a palette of unique flavors in their vintages.

As a harvester-manipulant winemaker , Olivier Michel meticulously crafts his wines in his own facilities, using only grapes from his estate. This tradition is reflected in every bottle of Michel champagne.

🍇 Grape variety: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier.

👁️ Dress : Pale gold with silvery reflections, with a fine and persistent effervescence, testifying to its purity and liveliness.

👃🏻 Nose : aromas of citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), green apples and white-fleshed fruits (pear). Hints of white flowers and a delicate chalky minerality add complexity to the whole.

👄 Palate : lively and chiseled , marked by a refreshing acidity and great purity. The flavors of fresh fruit are accompanied by a sharp minerality and a long, clean finish, with a saline touch. The absence of dosage gives it remarkable precision and straightness .

🍽️ Agreements : oysters , seafood , or sushi . It will also enhance light dishes such as fish tartare or a fresh salad .

🕐 Storage potential : Ready to be tasted for its brilliance and freshness, it can be kept in the cellar for 3 to 5 years , revealing more complexity over time.

A precise and refined Brut Nature Champagne , perfect for lovers of pure and invigorating sparkling wines.
