Description
Since 1847, the Michel family, based in Moussy, near Épernay, has passed down its passion for vines from generation to generation . On the 12 hectares of their estate, they cultivate with dedication the Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties, thus offering a palette of unique flavors in their vintages.
As a harvester-manipulant winemaker , Olivier Michel meticulously crafts his wines in his own facilities, using only grapes from his estate. This tradition is reflected in every bottle of Michel champagne.
