The Raphet estate is distinguished by its values of humility and respect. Marion, by taking over the reins, honors history and tradition while making changes. Trained under her father and enriched by experiences abroad (United States, New Zealand), she became a renowned winemaker on the Côte de Nuits.
The Raphet style is synonymous with fine , elegant , rich and perfectly balanced wines, perpetuating the tradition established by his grandfather. This beautiful transmission of values ensures complete harmony with each opening of their bottles.

👃🏻 Nose : Intense aromas of black fruits such as black cherry and blackberry, with spicy and licorice notes
👄 Mouth : The wine has a velvety and rich texture on the palate, with very present tannins and lively acidity. The dark fruit flavors continue on the palate, accompanied by spicy notes and licorice on the finish.
