Trained by her father and enriched by experiences abroad (United States, New Zealand), she has become a renowned winemaker of the Côte de Nuits.
The Raphet style is synonymous with fine , elegant , rich and perfectly balanced wines, perpetuating the tradition established by his grandfather. This beautiful transmission of values ensures complete harmony each time their bottles are opened.
🍇 Grape variety : Pinot Noir
👁️ Color : Light ruby color with purple highlights, brilliant and seductive, announcing finesse and elegance.
👃🏻 Nose : Aromatic and delicate nose, revealing aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry) with floral notes of violet and a subtle touch of spices .
👄 Palate : On the palate, this Chambolle-Musigny is elegant and silky , with fine and well-integrated tannins. The ripe fruit flavors are balanced with a beautiful minerality and a long and harmonious finish.
