Amiot & Fils - Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru 2021

For generations, the Amiot family has cultivated vines and wine with passion. Léon Amiot perpetuates this family tradition, symbolized by the three roses on the label, in homage to the motto of the Comtes de Vergy: “Continue without variation to express the excellence of our terroirs”.

Based in Morey-Saint-Denis, the estate extends over 5 hectares of the most prestigious wines of the Côte de Nuits, including Charmes-Chambertin, Clos de la Roche, Gevrey 1 ^er Cru and Morey 1 ^er Cru.

Domaine Amiot combines deep respect for the environment with sustainable viticulture. Traditional winemaking , with manual harvesting, destemming, gentle extraction by cold maceration, and aging for 15 to 18 months , gives its wines a perfect balance between strength and finesse, elegance and generosity.
