Since 1788, the Chevallier family has been perpetuating the winemaking tradition in Courgis. After an interruption of two generations, the brothers Claude and Jean-Louis Chevallier decided in 1986 to reconnect with viticulture, thus reviving the family heritage. In 2018, Céline Chevallier , having acquired solid experience within the estate, succeeded her father Claude. Under her direction, the estate offers a range of wines including Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis Premier Cru.
All their wines are certified High Environmental Value , demonstrating their commitment to environmentally friendly practices. Long recognized for their distinctive minerality and finesse , Chevallier wines are the fruit of know-how passed down from generation to generation, reflecting the authenticity and unique character of their Burgundy terroir.
