At the heart of the enchanting landscape of Pic-Saint-Loup, Château La Roque embodies an ancestral wine tradition, dating back to 1259. Since the arrival of Sylviane and Bertrand Barascud in 2015, a new era of passion and commitment has opened .

Resolutely opting for biodynamics, the estate has been certified in organic farming and Demeter since 2011. This approach, respectful of ecosystems, allows us to preserve the richness of the soil and create exceptional wines, carrying the soul of the terroir.

🍇 Grape variety: Syrah 50%, Grenache 40%, Mourvèdre 10%.

👁️ Dress : purple red

👃🏻  Nose : Notes of black fruits, elderberries, violet, black olive, garrigue herbs.

👄 Mouth : Frank with notes of scrubland. Nice volume in the mid-palate with a tight tannic structure.

🍽️ Pairings : Roast duck with spices, beef cheek stew, osso buco with orange peel.
