Winegrowers for several generations, Valérie and Philippe Huguenot have expanded the family estate to cultivate 23 hectares of vines spread across the prestigious communes of Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin. At the head of this wine business, they strive every day to enhance the family heritage by producing wines that reflect the richness and diversity of their terroirs.
Committed to a constant quest for quality and respect for the environment, the estate is now certified in organic farming . Their dedication is reflected in authentic wines, imbued with the nature that saw them born.
🍇 Grape variety : Chardonnay
👁️ Color : Pale yellow color with golden highlights, bright and clear, expressing the freshness and elegance of this white Marsannay.
👃🏻 Nose : Fresh and expressive nose, revealing aromas of white-fleshed fruits (pear, apple), enhanced with notes of white flowers , citrus fruits and a subtle touch of minerality .
👄 Palate : On the palate, this white Marsannay is balanced and lively , with a nice mineral tension. The flavors of ripe fruit mingle with nuances of almond and lemon , offering a long and refreshing finish marked by a nice acidity.
🍽️ Food and wine pairings : Ideal with seafood , grilled or sauced fish , white meats or fresh salads . It also goes very well with goat cheese .
