The Raphet estate is distinguished by its values of humility and respect. Marion, by taking over the reins, honors history and tradition while bringing evolutions to it. Trained by her father and enriched by experiences abroad (United States, New Zealand), she has become a renowned winemaker of the Côte de Nuits.
The Raphet style is synonymous with fine , elegant , rich and perfectly balanced wines, perpetuating the tradition established by his grandfather. This beautiful transmission of values ensures complete harmony each time their bottles are opened.
🍇 Grape variety : Pinot Noir
👁️ Color : Deep ruby color with garnet reflections, brilliant and seductive, announcing a beautiful concentration and a promising elegance.
👃🏻 Nose : Aromatic and complex nose, offering aromas of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) enriched with notes of undergrowth , truffle and a subtle touch of spices .
👄 Palate : On the palate, this Clos de Vougeot is ample and elegant , with silky and well-integrated tannins. The flavors of ripe fruit mingle with nuances of dark chocolate and a refined minerality , resulting in a long and harmonious finish.
