Alexandra and Yann Pascal , represent the ^4th generation of winegrowers, manage their family estate in Puligny-Montrachet with sustainable cultivation. Since the 2021 vintage, the estate has been named after Joseph Pascal to integrate its vines into sharecropping .

The estate produces well -balanced , lively and fresh wines, with very little wood aging, thus offering great purity. We highly recommend that you discover these unique and qualitative wines!

🍇 Grape variety: Pinot Noir

👁️ Dress : deep ruby ​​with garnet highlights, revealing elegance and maturity.

👃🏻 Nose : complex and refined, offering aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry) and black fruits (blackberry), with subtle touches of violet , undergrowth , and slightly spicy notes.

👄 Mouth : Silky and harmonious , with fine tannins and a nice acidity. The flavors of ripe fruit mingle with notes of delicate wood and minerality , offering a long and elegant finish .
