Winegrowers for several generations, Valérie and Philippe Huguenot have expanded the family estate to cultivate 23 hectares of vines spread across the prestigious communes of Marsannay, Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin. At the head of this wine business, they strive every day to enhance the family heritage by producing wines that reflect the richness and diversity of their terroirs.
Committed to a constant quest for quality and respect for the environment, the estate is now certified in organic farming . Their dedication is reflected in authentic wines, imbued with the nature that saw them born.
🍇 Grape variety : Pinot Noir
👁️ Color : Deep ruby color with purple highlights, clear and bright, revealing a beautiful concentration and elegance typical of this terroir.
👃🏻 Nose : Aromatic and complex nose, offering aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry) mixed with notes of undergrowth , truffle and a subtle touch of spices .
👄 Palate : On the palate, this Fixin is structured and velvety , with fine and elegant tannins. The flavors of ripe fruit blend with notes of damp earth and sweet spices , creating a harmonious balance . The finish is long and fresh , leaving a pleasant and persistent impression.
🍽️ Food and wine pairings : Pairs perfectly with red meats , dishes in sauce such as beef bourguignon , or game . It also goes well with mature cheeses such as Comté or Brie.
